Hi, i just had an idea to do a case mod where 3 or more systems.(eg:PS2, PC and X-Box) would be put in the one case. Has this been done before?

Possibly but you wolud need a monster case with good cooling.

That would be pretty cool...make a media center PC that would hook into your TV and have all your movies/music...it would be cool if you could have several different colored sets of CC's in there...just the green would light up when the Xbox was on, blue for PS, red for the PC...something like that.

I've been interested in trying this myself, if you try it i'd like to see how it turns out

Like he said. But if you could get two cases, solder them together side by side, and you would have the PC on one side and XBox/PS2 on the other, it'd be big but you'd have enough place (assuming you are getting a slim version of the PS2... maybe you could try yourself to put it in the front bezel of the case and make the panel open and you put the CD direcly by that, so you don't need the ****ty DVD drive from the big PS2). And you'll need really good cooling if you plan on running two systems at a time (especially the XBox).

Mashie did one a while back. Check out his case that holds 9 motherboards.

Seems like a good concept, but what about the Nintendo?

lol if you used a full tower then you could put the ps2 and 360 next to eachother and put that inside of the pc case. either rewire the drives and buttons or just have the front inch or less extruding, which would actually look pretty cool. the take the case'es off of the 360 and ps2 and have a custom fan setup in there, have 2 120's on the back for exhaust 1 120 front intake and a 200 from the bottom intake

Going on MaxOC's idea you could use a very large case but only put in a microATX board and have more space.

yeah then cut out the fromnt slots only where the front of the 2 cases are, that'd look kick ass

the best would be if you could take all the lasers out and hook them up to a computer and then you can have faster systems that can still play ps2, xbox, gc, etc.

and yes i know its not that easy!. but it would be really sick to be able to upgrade performance.

I was thinking i might try this once i get a PS3 since i don't really want to pull apart my PS2 just yet. I'd probably use an old console for the second one, like my old Sega MegaDrive. The LED idea is a good one. I wonder, if i did it in a Widowed or fully Plexi case if i would be able to get different cathodes to light up for different consoles.

I saw it done to a Wii.

But that would be quite easy seeing the fact Wii is so small.
