well i don't know if you can catch them in the act but there are a many ways to keep them from getting in if it bothers you.

The method i am most familiar with is MAC address filtering which only allows specific wireless mac addresses to access your wireless network. once enabled on your router, run ipconfig /all on your computers to get their mac addresses and put the ones you want to allow into your router. now since mac address are unique to a wireless device, only the computers you allow can use your network

here is a screen shot from my router.

I use PC-cillin and it has a wifi detection feature. I think you might be able to try like a 15 day trial.

If someone's using your wireless internet, grab the free edition of Network Magic, get their IP address, and ping the hell out of them.

Just out of curiosity (i don't know much about networking) what exactly will that do? I'm assuming slow their connection down to a crawl?

Edit: Also if you useing windows isn't their a way you can get the IP of whoever is on your net work without extra software?
