couldnt have said it better myself. i always say the key to a good whiskey is having it firmly inserted in a turkey for maximum flavor retention.

that would be an interesting christmas/thanksgiving. i suppose you would have to cook the veggies with wine to match...

HOW TO COOK A TURKEY! (The real Scottish way)
1) Find a woman.
2) Go down the pub.

:D

The funny thing about Scotland at the moment is it's in this huge transitional stage. Sexism is pretty much non-existent in my generation but for the older generations it's the way of life. It's pretty hard for a lot of girls in Scotland because they are being told by everyone that they could be Doctors, Soldiers, whatever they want, but the older generations still expect them to be housewives. Scotland is becoming a very equal society in terms of sexuality and gender issues, and even religion. I'm pretty proud of that.

You're going down man. Think how it's gonna look when you get pwned by a guy in a skirt.

To quote Robin Williams...

"And the Scottish, they get so drunk they could wear a skirt and not care!"

I like kilts, by the way. I've worn one before. Chicks always want to know what's under it. ;)

i noticed that girls always want to see under,

i see kilts as a privilage, not a right, as my dad said, no member abart from Sutherland can wear the sutherland kilt, same with black watch, only members that have been part of the black watch can wear them, Apart from a select few clans, Strangly, the sutherlands can!

Its , like a copyrighted skirt!!!

P.S there great for pulling, gone out a few times in town, and used the argument when guys start to call names and want a fight,
"You really want the embrasment got getting your ASS kicked by a guy in a skirt!" the ammount that walk off! :)

same with black watch

Although i don't even know what happens with that one now that the Black Watch is no more. I inherited the right to wear that Tartan from my grandfather, but who knows now the Black Watch is no more?

it is true some people inherated the right to wear the tartin, not meny did, and even though they are no more, i think its just principle and tredition that only people allowed to wear it can/do
