well i just spent 2300 bucks on a new computer and i am now poor because being 15 and saving up for a year for it leaves ya kinda empty handed when your dremel breaks a day before you case comes SOOOOO to the point
so do you guys know and dremels costing like 10 bucks or do any of you guys have any old ghetto ones you could send me if you do pm me

A $10 Dremel would not be money well spent. Save $30 and buy a jigsaw from your local hardware store. Or Wal-Mart. It will be easier to cut your case, and until you have more money to save, it will give you something to use while you save for a decent Dremel.

You can get a jigsaw with a rotating head. These are great for cutting corners and tight spots where you wouldn't normally be able to maneuver a normal jigsaw. However, the one I had wouldn't 'lock straight' so I had a second jigsaw without a rotating head for cutting straight lines.
Being honest though, I ended up just using the Jigsaw with the rotating head for all of my cuts anyway. I haven't seen one like this in the shops, i stole mine from my Dad. But keep your eyes open-a worthy investment.

You could get one off ebay for $15 or so. .
