Would a good 400W PSU be good for this setup?

Plus some LED's and fans.

depends which 400W PSU? whats your budget for PSU? get OCZ PowerStream. its a great PSU.

stay away from those! they are CRAP!! how much money you got for PSU?

maybe 50-60 bucks, I might be able to go for that OCZ modstream that I wanted but it just depends. Would a power supply from a brand new IBM computer work if its 400-500 watts?

i'd say that you should get a new PSU. get 6600GT so you'll have more money for PSU
Ive had great luck with Ultra's 500W PSU in my system, and Im loaded with energy-sucking components
