Playbunny
This is my case modded computer.
The reason for the mod was that my computer went to hot. I wanted to solve the problem by making a cool and cool computer, so i startet thinking of a design.
The concept was to spend as LESS MONEY as posible.

Features:

A 120mm fan in front that sucks 3 m³ cold air into the machine every minut when it runs at full power. At lowest power, you can't hear it.
A 80mm fan on top of the CPU (Yes, i installed a converter from 60 to 80 mm to get a larger air flow) At lowest power, you can't hear it.
A 120mm fan in top of the computer that blows air into the computer.
A 60mm fan in the back to get rid of the air again.

On the brushed metal plate on the front, you can control the CPU fan and the main fan. You can also control the neon lights, wheter you wan't 'em to be on, off, flashing, or flashing to the beat of the music. You can also adjust the sensitivity.

In every holes of the computer, there are installed dust filters so it is easy to clean to computer from dust. There are also a filter on the CPU which is easy to clean.

And inside the box:

Welcome Nicklas from Denmark!

Glad to see new faces here and I like your mod (good subject matter too). A piece of advice for you, you'll get alot more feedback and more exposure if you post your pictures instead of links. Try www.photobucket.com, they resize automatically to a great worklog standard. Thanks for posting!

Nice mod man! Gotta love the playboy bunny! ...or just bunnies in general. :)

I LOVE the face plate of your case. It's ultra clean looking and everything looks like it was made to be there. Definitely my favorite style. I have a lil something planned here in june/july with a similar designs in regard to your front face plate, except I'll be using a plastic most likely.

Was the metal hard to cut at all? What metal/tools did you use?

The only thing I would say is that I would of liked to see the CD Drive incorporated into the face plate a little more. Such as THIS (http://franklin.noph33r.com/images/NeEd/AlumaxX9.jpg). Now that would of been uber cool! ^_^ Hmm, you actually could still stealth (http://www.hardwarelogic.com/news/136/ARTICLE/1220/2006-07-03.html) that cd drive if you ever wanted to. Just a friendly suggestion, whatever you do it will still look badass!

Thanks alot guys :) I will try that..
I used large machines to cut the metal plate and to brush it. But i made all holes by hand.

I try to upload on that site too...

Just an idea wouldn't the case be cooler temp wise if the top fan blew out rather then sucking in as heat rises in side the cases but then get forced down again by the top inflow. But you might have enough flow out the back of the case.

Great mod. I wonder if this would get you a ticket inside the Playboy Mansion.

Anyways, I have to agree with Simon. Especially since it doesn't seem like you got enough flow out the back of the case. Looks like you got a 60 mm or so fan hooked up to the rear. Is that right? I can't tell. Well, I guess have the top as an intake is alright. Just the rear fan could be replaced with a bigger one.

By the way, you said that the front fan costed you almost $40. Is that right!?!?!
