Greetings all,

I have been lurking here for some time reading posts and have found this to be a great site.

I thought I would show what I have done and then, hopefully, get some ideas on where to go with it.

Please visit the Modding portion of my website. Look around at the other stuff as well if you like. (http://corbeil-armoury.com/12780.html)

I was thinking of doing something along the lines of a 1959 Caddyish grill and tail lights and incorporate some of the car's body lines in the mod. This will be my first computer mod but I have done custom auto body work for years and if you look at my website, you will see that I am no stranger to metal....

Please let me know what you think. Any ideas/criticisms will be appreciated. :)

Thanks in advance,
DjNoRhythm

No stranger to metal, yes.
But why no pictures of the custom auto body work?
And do you put computers into your car?
And everyone has different tastes, so you will know that alot of people will like it. Me, I prefer to see it in a drawing or a photo. (I suck at drawing 2D but great at 3D drawing)

WOW, that armor looks incredible. The possibilites for your computer modding are huge, you have the skill.

Now for your project, are you planning a tower case or a desktop case, I ask because thinking of cars, a desktop might be a closer fit.

Is that the grill you are planning around?

Without seeing any prelimarny drawings or plans, all I can suggest is that I feel that if you try to make it look too much like a car, it will look cheesy instead of cool, I say just have the cadillac as a basis, jmo though.
