Ok, first of all. HELLO!
Right, enough with the small talk. :)

Here is my problem; I am building a huge server case. Measuring 2'x3'x2'
That’s 12 cubic feet.

I bought a Lubic kit case to build the frame. But sadly, it wasn’t enough steel to build the case.

Now they dont even sell the black Lubic Kits anymore.. GRRRR!

Anyone, know of what materials with relative ease could be use to help build the a computer case frame. It has to be strong as possible and relatively lightweight. (Aluminum or light gauge steel would be nice)

Any known websites / products etc... Please this is a geek call out for help. Please help, google  has failed me to this point.

why not just paint over the non-black stuff?

HELLO! yourself man, and welcome!

I'd say go out and buy some aluminum if you have a metals place around. I don't know if there are any retail stores that sell sheet aluminum, but if you go to a hardware store and find it, great. I'm not sure about good metals websites, so someone else will have to help you there, but I'd say aluminum is the way to go.
