How to cut plexi stealthed drive bays?

i noticed thesedrive bays and i was curious on how one would go about doing that, or if there is a worklog that explains how, please direct me there thanks y'all

very simply put... what you see

(dunno if these are the exact tools he used)

after laying out the work on the paper backing of the acrylic,
franklin prolly drilled a hole in the 4 corners ofthe drive bay , then used a coping saw or scroll saw to cut the lines close to where the final measurement was then finally used a file to make all the lines straight and get the squared corners
