Server mobo

I am in need of some suggestions for a server mobo. I've done some browsing @ zipzoomfly, but I'm not seeing anything that really jumps out at me.

Requirements:
P4 or AMD equivalent
SATA.
4 RAM slots minimum
Relatively cheap

I've got plans I've posted elsewhere for a server case, and I'm slowly amassing needed parts.

Looking forward to seeing what feedback the collective has to offer me.

for single processor support, i recommend ASUS, for Dual or more processor support i recommend ASUS or TYAN.
