Here (http://codeinsurrection.com/pics/moon521.jpg)

As you may remember, I posted some moon pictures I've taken before, like this one (http://codeinsurrection.com/pics/moon/moon.jpg).

There were some tree branches in the way, but I managed to focus past them. I think tomorrow I'll try taking some more pictures. I need to setup the tripod for my camera, or maybe mod something so I can put my camera on my telescope. There are adapters for attaching cameras to telescopes, but I haven't found one for my camera. So I have to hold it in just the right position, and try to keep it still. So it usually ends up being off-center and blurry. I was thinking of saving up a little more money and getting myself a nice high quality digital SLR Nikon. I was looking at a $600 one yesterday.

As a serious Canon fan, I'd advise against a Nikon... not really for any good reason, but just because I like Canon more. :D

I'm looking at a Rebel XTi right now.. found a good deal on a used one, and someone wants to buy my S3 IS.. I'm ready to make the jump to XLR.

Astrophotography is very cool though!

pft... Nikon was, is and always will be the best in photography.

Nikon D2Xs (http://www.nikon.ca/en/Product.aspx?m=17011&disp=Overview) - $5000.00 price tag.

canon does make nice printers though.

but yes those are some nice pictures

That first one I took, with the fuller moon, it's actually horizontally backwards. That's just the way the telescope saw it, and I never flipped it around. I did flip around the one from last night though.

I'm a photographer also! :)
My weapon of choice is a Sony Alpha-100 with a Sigma 10mm wide angle lense.
Nice pic of the moon!
