Vista ultimate for sale, cheap!

Hi all.
Through a microsoft promotion I have won a copy of Vista Ultimate.
The catch? I didn't realise that the bloody promotion was US-only and I live in the uk! :p Now, I *could* send it to one of my bros (who live in San Diego and Atlanta) but they'd just steal it (I owe them money :D) so I was wondering...

Would anyone in the states like to buy a full retail copy of Microsoft Vista Ultimate edition

for $100, ($278 less than it costs at neweg.)

I'm afraid that paypal is the only viable payment method as it is hassle free :P
