I’m planning on building a case from scratch made out of polystyrene sheets with a wooden frame holding the pieces together. The styrene sheets will be glued to the outside of the wooden frame. I want the corners where the sheets meet to have straight edges, but of course there will probably be gaps after I put it all together. I was wondering if I could use bondo to fill the gaps or should I use something else? I don’t know if the bondo will stick to the styrene or just fall out. It there something else I should use? I’ve never worked with plastic sheets before.

Yes - bondo will adhere decently to polystyrene. If you're really worried about it you could rough up the surface a bit with some 80 grit sandpaper.
