SilenX fans (http://www.silenx.com/ixtremaproledfans.asp?sku=ixp-74-14l) should be exactly what you need.

Newegg and FrozenCPU both have them. I was gonna get some, but opted out for now.

Have you heard of Scythe fans?

This one has high CFM/low dBa. (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185005)

Or a bit more dBa for more CFM. (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185006)

(In general, anything under 30 dBa is quiet)

EDIT: I made a thread on this (http://www.thebestcasescenario.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5003) awhile back too; you might find some more info.

I've heard those SilenX fans bearings go out pretty quick and they eject oil as they go out.

Here's a review of the SilenX fan. (http://www.silentpcreview.com/article739-page3.html#silenx)

But Scythe fans are the way to go. They are the top fans in SPCR's book, and they know silence.
