simple question about my laptop.

If i repaint my laptop will it void my warranty ? Also how can i keep my laptop cool ? It only has 1 fan taking hot air out. I know there are laptop coolers out there but do they really work ? My plan for this laptop is to repaint it and give it to my sister once i'm done building my B2 bomber :banana: Please no stupid responses :down: .:bunny:

I would say it would void your warranty. If you pull it apart to paint it, for sure it will.
If you paint it while it's all together and paint gets inside, then again it will void for sure. Even if it doesn't get paint inside, any reason to vioid a warranty will do for a manufacturer.

You could always get a vinyl laptop skin or something. I know it isn't painting, but at least you can make it look cool.

You might want to try mytego too, I don't know if they do laptop skins though. They might.

For me though, I'll be voiding my warranty and getting it it airbrushed by a you know who. ^_^

As for the other question about laptop coolers, I believe they can help quite a bit. I've been thinking about getting one (or making one) for my Toshiba Lappy as it gets quite warm on the bottom and piping hot if you have it charging and forget to unplug it when charged.

my warranty will last about 2 + years lol my dad payed for an extended one. I think i will try to create my own laptop cooler :) if not i will just buy 1.
