I need some kind of clear plastic that will bend easily for the curved form of my mod Drei sechzig. Can someone help me find something online? Preferably the thinnest thickness and about 1 square foot. (6 1/2"*9" is the size of sheet I'll need)

Lexan will be what you want. As for where to find it, try so R/C Hobby sites. It is quite often used in moddling.

Lexan is not want you want. Lexan is Polycarbonate. It's much harder to thermoform and when you do thermoform it it has a much higher moisture content than polymethyl methacrylate and it will bubble and be hideous. Acrylic is the way to go for this one. 1/8" will bend easily with a heat gun, and is available at home depot and lowes. 1/16" is available online and will be even easier to form.

I wasn't thinking of thermoforming, simply bending. Dad used to use lexan for making the screens on R/C Planes and Helicoptors after crashing them. He simply bent it into shape and secured it.
