What grit sandpaper(s) should I use to sand down Bondo? Also, What method is best for sanding down Bondo on/to get a flat surface? Should I just go at it and try to keep it as flat as possible or is there some kind of special tool or method I should use to get best results?

Bondo Kit @ Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/Bondo-310-Auto-Body-Repair/dp/B0007ZG9UI/ref=sr_1_230/104-7089909-8566307?ie=UTF8&s=automotive&qid=1180867803&sr=1-230)

Seems to have everything but sandpaper. ><

What is the Fiberglass Screen for?

Also, whats the difference between color change hardener and just, regular hardener? Is there a difference?

TIA ^_^

i would think 60 for lots of sanding and then 250 -500 for a medium amount of sanding and 500+ for small amount and smooth finish.

if i understand the question then i think its just so you kow the proper amount mixed, and that its properly mixed. like when your painting a ceiling white the paint comes with a blue tint so know where you painted. (depends on the brand)

The fiberglass is used for plugging large holes in cars. You place the piece in/over the hole and bondo it in around the edges.
