hi
want to no if putting a new heatsnik on ur video card will void its warranty.

is the thermaltake Extreme Giant III eney good? i heard that its better then some water cooling. (dont hunt me down and kill me for saying that)

True it does void your warranty..... what they don't know, can't hurt em

swap the HSF's carefully and keep the old fan.....

If the card fails, replace the old fan and as long as you can't tell (which if you do it well, you won't), then you shouldn't have a problem.

If you really want to be convincing, wire up the original fan somewhere in your PC, so it will gather that convincing layer of dust ;)

Worked for me (I fitted a 1Ghz Celeron Skt 370 HSF onto a 32Mb GeForce 2, many moons ago, never had any problems when the card died, swiftly replaced :D )

well both of my fans r 60w thats 12v and 5amps.
