Switching from wireless, I went from 5.4 mbit/sec to 18.9 8)

Not very accurate... I've run it a couple of times...
First test: 3.9mbits/sec
second: 5.2
third: 8.7
Fourth: 9.2
fifth: 7.3

I got 9.4mb/s down and 6.6mb/s up. Wish I had this at home.

I got 9.4mb/s down and 6.6mb/s up. Wish I had this at home.
With this one, I've been able to log directly to my web provider and get these results:
8599down / 859up (Kbps)

for that i got 2888 down and 485 at home

Subjective rating Unbelievable
1- 17.6
2- 2.4
3- 14.1
4- 8.6
So... varies a bit, but still interesting.

i'm running rogers cable and when i did my tests i'm not sure but other people might be on the net too.

Minty knows, but apparently, the internet connection to Puerto Rico runs on the back of drunk burritos.
You see, the ISP office gets the TCP/IP packets.
Then they print them out.
Then they pack them up into a brown box.
Strap it to the back of the burrito.
Give him his dose of rum and tequila.
And off the burrito goes...
When he gets to the other side, installation is the reverse of removal.
Man... I reckon I can drop a fiber cable from this island to Florida if I get a big enough spool... any body up for a international-waters mod? :p
((on a more serious note... my situation is sad... :( ))
