Well, I was very excited, just bought my brand new PC and a brand new case to put it in (i'll start a mod on my old case as soon as i finish my media player project), and was very annoyed that AFTER putting in all my hardware and powering it up, the topmost guage on the front (fan rotations) and my side fan connector don't work. I'm sure i connected everyhting right as theres only 1 power connector for all 3 guages and the other two are fine. Ive tried a few fans with the side connector nd no dice. I can only conclude it's faulty from manufacturing as it's brand new out of the box. Any reccomendations on trying to fix it (i just emailed the supplier for what they want to do for me, but i dont really want to have to take my rig apart..not good on my motherboard..

Help? :(

After talking to Cymae on MSN it seems like it could be a problem with the circuit board. The LED fan glows dimly, but doesn't spin. Also the gauge flickers on power up, then dies. The back light in the gauge also doesn't work.

Ive had the same problems with mt Raidmax smilidon cases . .
I had to turn the HD indicator LED plug upside down to get it to light.
Writing on the bottom instead of on the top.

If you contact (http://www.raidmax.com/main.htm) Raidmax they will sent you a new front panel.
You will have to provide a receipt. There cases are under warranty for 1 Year from the date of purchase.

You just pop it off and push the new one on.

How do I contact Raidmax? I can't find an email address or anything on their site...and I've contacted the Australian supplier without any reply.. That'd be excellent if they can send me a new front panel, but I don't think it would be possible. The cabling is wired directly onto it, so you would have to cut and resolder everthing to get it to work. :( Anybody know a contact email for raidmax?

Edit: Never mind, i found their contact page
