Dude,
Of all the places to ask on the internet you choose to ask on a computer modding forum?! :P
Google 'Trion:z uk' and you will find what you are looking for.

you know what would be great for you sirkillalot617 ?

A power ball, read all about it !!! http://powerballs.com/powerball_benefits.php

jokes aside, this things are great, i had a torn rotator cuff, from a weight training session, it was so badly messed up the doc suggested that if it doesn't calm down in 2 or 3 weeks, i should get surgery on it !

Long story cut short, it just happened i was searching for a birthday preseant
for my girlfriend, and stumbled over this things, bought two, one for her one for me

I swear on my balls after two weeks i could move my shoulder with absolutely NO PAIN ! And the grip you develop is bloody scary, hell i can open nuts with my fingers

i dan't play golf but i had a taste of wristpain... i used to travle on bike a lot, i probably was going to fast on rough ground and rigid front end
that was a few years ago so it healed by it self

but i'm pretty sure it would help your wrists and game to !

I need powerball help...

I got one for my birthday but I cannot get it going for the life of me.
I have tried the string method, I have tried the finger flick, I have tried clockwise, counterclockwise, side to side, up and down, you name it...

I have been to the website, watched all the videos, watched youtube videos till my eyes bled and the powerball just laughs at me!

Any tips?
