This was one of the GPL writers doing a sociological analysis of the differences between traditional software developement(Cathedral) and the open source community's software development model(Bazaar). It's a great read for any nerd who like studying people.

. I can't believe I just read that load of crap. It sounds to me like his son is a computer gamer and has one or two "punk" friends. Holy #%$&, I don't even know where to start. I love the stuff about Linux, that was amazing. My favorite part was this:

I almost died laughing reading that serious piece of text.

If this is a joke, which I actually don't think it is, then that is amazing. If he's serious, I feel really bad for his children. That was quite possibly the biggest load of BS I've ever read in my life.
