i just got a p4 lga 775 pro. and need a mobo to go with it any suggestions?

i am on a tight budget but need someone that can handle gaming an overclocking.

what pro? I didn't know the 775s had a pro model
dude, give us a model number that is somewhat more specific than that
At least the series number (500, 600, 800)
if it is a dual core (800) then it requires the 945 or the 955 chipset
other wise the 915 or the 925 chipset will do

best motherboard for the 925 is the Asus P5AD2-E Premium

I picked up the Gigabyte GA-8i955x Royal b/c of its 1394b and clean power sweetness. A bit pricey as well. All the 955 based boards seem to cost $200-$230.
