You always hear about people never winning anything with online poker but I was bored enough and decided to play for real cash. I deposited 50 in my account and cashed out with 303.60 in a little over 2 hours of adrenaline and sweaty palms.

I hear about people winning all the time with online poker...only to lose their shirts again because they get addicted. Best not to suck on that particular online crack pipe at all in the first place.

ya i would sooner go to a casino with only 50 or 100 in hand and leave with either lots or no money left.

When my parents used to go to casinos they would bring about $20 and only use that, the rest of their money stayed at home. I think of all the times they went (at least five or so) they won enough for dinner once, and that was it. I don't gamble because I don't like to lose money... I suck at it and I get too tense, it's not very enjoyable in the least.

I played party poker for a while as when ever you made an account they gave you like 10k in play money to play with it was alot of fun and It didn't cost me anything.

Baddddd. . Idea! Ive never tried it myself probably never will. . I watched people play multiple games at the same time. .
they get sucked into it, and Spit out without a red cent.

All the people Ive know that play. . are people that haven't been around the net long enough to know how shady alot of it Really is.

I play alot, never lose money (or so little) Peoples in those place don't know how to play good; you can find a good player once in a while, but most of the time they show you their hand before the flop. I've been playing poker since I was 7, never think I can live with it; just another hobby for me. Remember, it's not about how much you can win; it's about how little you can lose.
That said, I don't recommend it for beginners, their's some good players that wait for you; like me ;)

The hardest part of gambling is knowing when you need to bank.

...yep...

I cashed out at 330 and signed up for my epassporte account so I could put it in my bank. It takes a few days to verify...within 4 hours or so I got antsy and played a 300min table... I had 3K's (2 in hand) and lost to a guy with 3A's (2 in hand). I was so pissed I damn near cried :dead:

That is Unfortunate! You know that song by: Steve Miller "Take the Money and Run"

Next time you have the chance. . Do exactly that.
You win. .Then you Leave. .With the Quickness :)
