Has anyone here done any mods on their PSPs?

I've searched the net for a tons of PSP modding sites but I don't like the setup of their forums, I guess I'm just used to this one. Plus a lot of their links to download sites are long and are to follow at time.

I'd would like to do some external and internal mods on my PSP. Like light up the triggers and change the font.

I'm running Firmware 2.60 and I haven't tempered with upgrading or downgrading it yet.

I've done downgrades, and played with loads of homebrew stuff, including a really slick sequencing program for making music. :)

SNES Emulators have a ways to go, as there is significant slowdown in some games, while others are smooth as can be.

The only physical mod I've done was to replace a front panel with a different colored one. Not terribly difficult.. :D

The LED's in the triggers look cool.. I might have to try that when I get my hands on another one.

ah man! you beat me to it! I love llamma.com, been browsing their stuff for a few years. They got some really nice mod supplies and even occasionally premodded consoles for sale.

As for myself, I've modded my psp ...right into a brick wall. lol what? Need for Speed: Rivals is a very frustrating game! :p

actually the psp just wouldn't turn on, then when I took it apart to see what was up, I accidentally broke it. the psp smashing commenced shortly after that.

I bought a PSP not long ago, and I did the lighted trigger mod. Worth the time, all 5 hours of it.

My board is a TA-079, and not a TA-082 which is good; the TA-082's can't be chipped.
