Ok i want to take the standered 3 colour cable red white and yellow and convert it so i can play it on a computer moniter.. i have an amp doing the sound i just want to have it so i can get ride of my tv and use the computer moniter instead the problem i am haveing with the tv tunner card in my pc is well it has a 4 second delay its a happlege 150 and its a pain as it has to long of a delay

i have the same problem with my all-in-wonder and rendermandan reminded me that the card records everything so it delays becuase the computer is recording. you need to find a way to shut that off, if thats the problem.
