I dunno if anybody here has ever gone on toca edit, so I'll explain: Toca Edit is a site owned by a guy who makes very cool and useful mods for racing games. He's most well known for widescreen resolution utilities for the Need for Speed series. I always check his site to see what new thing he's made. Look what happened to it. (http://www.tocaedit.com/index.php). He wouldn't joke like that, so I think he actually got h4x0red. You don't see that very often.

What do you guys think about it in general?

what happens aftrer the site is hacked? is it as easy as reinstalling windows on the server or how ever its done?

i've never heard of that site before so i don't know how much work he put into it. but me thinks its no fun to have to fix it.

I agree with Dave on this one. My bro and a friend of his were hacking this guy's RunEscape account to steal his money and stuff, and before that my cousin was hacked and lost good stuff too, it sucks, don't do it unless you are a total asshole that needs *content here has been left out due to its nature and for the sake of all forum members' sanity*.

But yeah, that sucks. I like mod sites, I have at least twenty various mods for Oblivion varying from weather/atmospheric to a colored version of the map to better physics on the arrows, they add a lot to the game.

That's just utterly stupid. Also, why the hell would you hack a car racing mod website? That's like saying "hey, I hacked IHOP's webpage."

Whoop-de-freakin'-doo.

I just don't see the point.

Well, his main page is back to normal. A lot of his other pages aren't though
. I emailed him and he said is all they did was come in and delete all his main page files and add in all their pages. Apparently before each front page update he backs up the files so it didn't take him too long to get it back to normal. He said he was pretty pissed but its being fixed.
