Im new to modding and I am trying to get it together.....I was wondering if this website here http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.ledset.com/electronics/leds/gfx/wiring_flashing.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.ledset.com/electronics/leds/wiring.htm&h=260&w=271&sz=14&tbnid=ZKrlLS0JEQ4J:&tbnh=103&tbnw=108&hl=en&start=1&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dwhere%2Bcan%2Bi%2Bbuy%2Bleds%26svnum% 3D10%26hl%3Den%26lr%3D%26safe%3Doff%26sa%3DN is accurate...espicially where it says 12v series and 12v parrell because it seems to contridict some stuff i was taught...so if some one could clear that upa nd if its wrong or is some one has a site that is alot easier to understand id appreciate it...thanks

Its hard for me to understand those diagrams but from waht I know. If you do a series you divide the voltage by the items its going to and that will give yout he voltage to each one. And in parallel each gets the same voltage as the powersupply is producing. Please let me know if im wrong but im pretty sure i am right.

The pictures are more of show on how to wire things up. They dont really go into how to figure out how much power is being drawn or how much power is being consumed. They are guessing you have the basics done already. Rob aka linear in the modding commuity has a very informitive web side that goes over the basics and has one of the best LED wizards out there. http://led.linear1.org/category/led-basics/
