This a movement test video

I have been working on the eyes brows and they have been a b*tch. Cables in a bind or the housing or Something .
I have taken the top of the skull on and off 20 times . But this is apart of it.
For the left and right brow I placed a spring return. The center brow mech were removed all together.
This has taking some time, Because of the room in the forehead .... There is NONE.
I would get the left brow working and right brow wouldnt work. Right brow would work and the left brow stop working.
Well,I think its there now. programming the servos with the software is jerky Because the servos are running at full speed in setup,
The software slows down the servos.
These mechs got to be in working order before the skin is placed on.

I painted it Friday. I Used PAX, Light gray ,Dark gray ,and Black.
About 40% of the skin cover with hair.(punched)

Been editing video this week and alot more to edit. 84 hours of tape was shot so far . This has been edited to 5 1/2 hours ,Been working with
over 700 GB
Now Im doing the fine editing .Still have 1 or 2 hours to shot ,More soundfx and talking added voice over and more.I want to finish My animatronic Project and Video(DVD) at or around the sametime.

Its going to be 3 disk set ,over 3 hour long ,
doing voice overs takes alot of time,But it done.

Well , The animatronic mod took me over 2 years to make.And its 2 projects in 1.I
filmed the entire process of making the animatronic. I shot 93 hours of DV tapes
.My 1st PC MONSTERMOD was just a sculpture. I wanted my this Mod to move and talk
,Maybe to tell me that I have email.... Picture people's PCs having Heads .
There favorite movie star or rock star maybe a animal. Maybe like Hal from 2001
Space Odyssey .But, My animatronic Mod Has no A.I. But maybe one day. Im programming
the 16 servo movements into the PC and press the play to play the movements a lip
sync routine.
The problems was mainly the cost . Wanted to upgrade my animatronic 's computer
but couldnt . I wish I would have spend more money on my servos .There was times
that I look at cost than torque. Which cost me more money in the long run .Also
the oven ,I had to build an oven to bake the foam rubber, My 2nd oven 3'x 3'x
3 'plywood box with foil insulation with a single burner and PC case fan for
air circulation . And I baked the foam for 11 hours. But the 1st oven was to small
2x'2x'2' box ,The mold fit in this oven .But there was no air circulation
and foam rubber skin failed .You need the air circulation to bake foam rubber.

Its older components except for the case . Im a Big MSI + AMD Fan.
I dont need alot of computer power to run the animatronic. The computer just send
the commands to the 16 servos.

When uncovered ,Here is 32 feet of servo cable.
The only thing connecting to the PC and the Animatronic is a modular cable (Looks
like a phone cable).
Which is plug into a modular adapter that plug into the PC's serial port .
The end of the modular cable plug in Mini SSCII Serial Servo Controller.
