I've bought 4 cameras off there and all of them have worked.
They have some preddy nice stuff on there.

Every now and agian. . I goto the house goodwill auction on saturday night you can get entire bins of electronics for damn near nothing.

I can get one for wholesale cost price for you if you want, but the shipping from here to you would probably cost more than if you just got a second hand one. I can't really suggest shops or anything because I don't know about any in the US, but I'll just echo AJ and suggest ebay.
