i would get a Samsung 21" cause it is only a little bit more expensive but TOTALLY worth it

I'm a personal fan of Sony and Viewsonic monitors myself. but this is a thrifty monitor if you just want to pick up one.

Might as well get a Samsung; much cheaper.

LoL well my old screens were SONY CRT's and were bitchin.

I don't recall it being samsung parts for the crts.

Excuse me, I thought we were discussing LCDs. :lick:

I'm quite sure Sony made CRT components. And, as you implied, 99% of the time, CRTs will have better contrast than LCDs.
