CM Hyper 48 PWM Management

I have a Hyper 48 with a 92mm fan on it, but the fan has a 4 pin connector(motherboard is only 3 pin), I'm wondering if I should go out and buy a new 92mm fan or is there a way I can make a PWM Management Board so the voltage of the motherboard determans the RPM speed?

I don't know if it can be built, but I'm sure there are fan buses that can regulate it.
