New Front Page Artist

Hi folks,

As you may have noticed, Elenril has joined forces with TBCS to lend her graphics skills to the front page relieving you of having to see mine. We are starting a series of staff biographies on the front page so the members can get to know us a little better. Hope you join us on the front page and check out Elenril's first job well done!

If I may make a suggestion: having all the text in the pictures really makes it take longer to load than if it's just text.

I'm not sure what you are talking about, the picture is one .jpg. The text in the pic has no effect on loading time.

he means limit the pictures to actual pictures, no text in them. Text as text. understand me? It will save image space and barely load faster

There is no text in the pic that is part of the actual article. But I will take dialup users into consideration in the future and try to make the image size or file size smaller.

Yeah, there are times that I wish I could let the rest of the forums see the staff sections just because the stuff there is so awesome. But they'll find out eventually (aside from stuff like member management, which I can't see anyways)

:neutral: My BAD!!! I re-sized it and forgot to change the dimensions in the html. The original is not pixelated at all, now it looks back to normal...eeek.
