I declare this the official Woot! thread. Since woot always has a "Hot Hardware Deal" we might as well have a dedicated thread.

Woot! (http://www.woot.com/)

Passwird (http://www.passwird.com)

Make sure each day's deals aren't posted more than once.

Alienware MJ-12 Mid-Tower ATX Case with 700 Watt Power Supply - $89.99 (www.woot.com)

If you've ever wanted an alienware case, this is ain't a bad deal. Especially with the 700W PSU included. Better get to this one fast, I'm sure it will be sold out real soon.

I added Passwird.com to the title, might as well lump them in here as they both often have great deals. On that note, there is a Zen Vision W 60GB on passwird for $250. They are selling on ebay for more than $300, might be a profit opportunity.

I have been trying to get those for a while.. They usually do them on 2 for Tuesday for 30 bucks.. but everytime I see them, they are already sold out. Not this time. I got me some m100's :D

They normally go for around 37 bucks.

I have a buddy that got a pair a while back and he says they are really good. I figure they are worth the 15 bucks. I got a pair of Phillips SHN2500's $30 and they have the active noise canceling which is really nice. The only problem is that there is a box that has the controller and battery for the NC, and the cord to the ear buds are just short of being able to fit in my pocket. So if it just dangles, the weight of the box makes it hard to keep them in my ears.

So, the Razer headphones, worth the 20$ shipped? I seemed to have lost my old Sony headphones and are in need of new ones for my Zen.

Today's woot isn't for anybody who wants a serious speaker system. Because if they did, they'd just go and buy the Logitech Z-5300e for 120$, which is 560w peak and 280w RMS...

But it's a nifty idea, I'll give them that.

I didn't even bother posting that JVC thing because it was pure junk. Extremely gimicky...

Indeed. Zune = Good mp3 player (I just don't like the interface, BUT!), so if you want an mp3 player and can spare the bones, go for it

it's a good deal anyways.

In case no one knew, Woot! teamed up with Yahoo! (both with "!"... coinsidence?) to bring you http://sellout.woot.com/Default.aspx

Or you can visit Yahoo!'s shopping site and it's the deal of the day. So, there you go, 2 woots a day (4 if you count shirt and wine).

The Sandisk mp3 players are pretty nice. A bit more of a pain in the butt to get to the music once you put it on there, but possibly because I don't remember as I don't do it that often because its the girlfriends. Got one of the last gens for her for christmas last year, and I paid quite a bit more than that so that is a good deal.

And I thought it came with the barrel o' monkeys but I dont see anything about that on the site. I can never find the blue ones in the store, just the red and yellow ones. Gosh those monkeys are fun.

I got one of those Sansa's for myself, sure, I've got a 60gb Zen, but hey, the more the merrier, I always say.

Besides. 2gb + $35 shipped = win!

If you decide to get the e250 or already have one.. Alot of folks in the forums were saying good things about Rockbox (link (http://www.rockbox.org))

Its an open source firmware for mp3 players that adds functionality. I was thinking about checking it out when I get mine. Rockbox is also available for a few other makes and models as well.. including the iPod.

Omega

I agree at that price it could almost be considered disposable. :)

Haha, yeah, I was thinking about that

but, SD Expansion! WIN!

You could bump it up to 6gb total with a 4gb card. Not bad.

Woot is amazing.
I check it everyday.
Shirt.woot.com is pretty sweet too.
If anyone is good at photoshop and somewhat creative you should definitely enter the contest. You can earn some pretty good money if you win. The competition is very tough though.

another site like passwird.com is www.techbargains.com
I also check it daily.
