Stream-of-consciousness Idea thread

My English teacher was talking about "stream-of-consciousness writing" today. Basically, you just write down whatever you think onto a piece of paper.

I have a lot of ideas for PC mods, but they aren't exactly complete or they are just ideas that could be incorporated into a build and not worth starting a thread over. That's where this thread comes in. Just put down ideas you get from everyday life, whether you think they are possible or not. We can give each other thoughts/help/comments on our ideas.

Maybe we can get some cool builds going with some ideas from this thread!

Here are a few I got:
Mini-ITX build using an Xbox PSU
Transplant Xbox to ATX case using ATX PSU
Convert old Pentium to firewall with a CF card reader
Build a "scrap PC" - use a huge case and older motherboard to get all scrap parts into one spot.
