Usually those tool-less drive bays are rickety and dont hold things in as well as screws. They also create extra vibration unless they have rubber dampeners. If you want them you could probably find them on www.newegg.com.
None on New Egg, the only toolless drives they have are the ones that come with cases, which i do not want :(

If you are looking to not show screws then just cut out a piece of sheet metal and make a few little brackets and attach it or something.
