Whoever didn't drop it the second they heard it was a pricing error is a royal prick. People are so greedy and rotten its ridiculous. ...also, apparently stupid too. That one person who is going to go to their "lawyer" will end up spending at least the cost of the TV just in legal fee's. I have the strangest urge to bust out my banjo right now...
if he could only buy 4 tvs at 10 dollars each on his creditcard then the dip **** can't afford a lawyer. Everyone's looking to make an easy buck.
lol no joke! I would of bought at least twenty then sold 19 of them for a nice profit. DUH! :p
hey I got a 12-pack of ramen noodles at wally world for $0.17. that was the sticker that was on it, so they gave it to me for that lol
Probably all it cost them though.
a samsung tv is not nearly 10 bucks for cost and I dont blame best buy for not honoring the price. lol
People are so ignorant and greedy that it drives me to extreme anger. It was OBVIOUS that this was a pricing error. To have sold even 1000 of these TV's nation wide would have been a major loss for best buy. I hate that everyone expects to get something for nothing. I often feel that people come in to the store I work at and hunt down pricing errors just to hassle us in to giving them merchandise at a loss to the store. I've had customers ready to fight w/ me over mislabeled items after I told them I would give it to them for the lower price, they often just want to get in an argument w/ "the store" (which usually just ends up being and underpaid sales associate) because they feel they have something to prove, or that we owe them something.
I swear I recently read something similar that happened in Australia. I think prices that aren't too ridiculous should be honour but insane prices (such has a large LCD screen for $9.99) should be rejected. Sometimes it's good to have a go, but if you get rejected, what are you going to do about it? Just get a refund and walk away. btw, to the guy going to sue: bloody people sueing others merely for breathing (ie for anything they can).
