Letting go of your first is the hardest thing in the world to do.
Letting go of your first is the hardest thing in the world to do. Tonight I will be moving the components from Biohazard to their new home inside a CM Storm Sniper case. I am making this move because the CM Storm Sniper has much more room and a few features I like.
Right now I look at biohazard and feel slightly bad, kinda like I am betraying an old friend. It has been a good case and was a fun build but the time has come to move to the bigger and better. I will eventually move the stuff from my photo editing computer to biohazard and ditch the plain black rosewil box its in now.
The biggest thing I am going to have to deal with is the fact that the Sniper has no side window. It has a mesh instead. I will be adding a window when I get the time to cut the plexi.
Re: Letting go of your first is the hardest thing in the world to do.
Nice, everyone loves a new case. But, I am in the same boat. I feel like shooting myself thinking how I tossed the frame from Project: Nightrain (I). So frustrating. At the time I didn't need it anymore, but now I think about how it was my first and how much I wish I still had it.
It wouldn't be hard to make again, and even make it better, but that isn't the point. =(

I'll take Mark1 with me to the grave!!

Cool. Planning to install some new hardware in an M59 case myself.
You should probably make a boot disk and find your operating system disk.
Or you could always put the file on a thumb drive, and access it from the bios.

Why would I need a boot disk? I am only moving everything. Not replacing anything.

Blimey ... I came here expecting to have to console you on the loss of your first born child .... then I remembered where I was .. pleasant surprise when I realised it was just a computer.
