Laing DDC Pump repair - need opinions

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has any experience with the type of PCB board advertised in the ebay link above. I have a Laing DDC (version 3.2...I think) with a burned-out PCB and I'm wondering if the above option is viable as a fix. It's not imperative that I fix it, I don't really need it at the moment, but it'd be nice to have it functional. Thanks!
Re: Laing DDC Pump repair - need opinions
I'm planning to do a pair of these soon, I can keep you posted. They're not for the easily intimidated if they're the bare PCB roll it yourself versions.
This version is for black impeller DDCs, which is 3.1s as I remember correctly. Make sure it's the right kind.
Re: Laing DDC Pump repair - need opinions
I'd appreciate that, thanks! And yeah, I'll definitely verify which pump it is before buying anything; ATM I just don't feel like digging it out of the box in the closet.
Re: Laing DDC Pump repair - need opinions
Just bought my PCBs as well as a pair of 50k trimmers for making them variable speed (necessary when using the Toshiba PCB with a blue impeller DDC 3.2.)
I hadn't forgotten this, I was just busy with life and illness. They'll be here next month. I got the preassembled ones, the SMD soldering was just not for me this time.
I'll be sure to detail how to make the replacement PCBs work with blue impeller pumps, but it's not for the faint of heart.

Sounds good, thanks! I check back on this periodically, but I'm not waiting with bated breath, so no worries :D
Re: Laing DDC Pump repair - need opinions
My repair PCBs came in early, so I can work on them in the next day or so. Expect pics.
