I wonder every time I see that line of text on the main forum page...it was before I joined. Can anyone fill me in? Seems like too many people to be happenstance...

LOL! I shoulda seen some of those replies coming :D Fuganater's makes sense though - a lot more activity when the economy's better and people have $$ for stuff like this...
if it makes you feel better it was back when i was just a lurker on the site.
Most of the computer guys I knew went to consoles. Gaming gets waaay too expensive on PC and the games don't last as long thanks to hackers. :\
Just my experience over the last couple of years at least.
Perhaps it was preparations for my birthday the next day. :D
