lol. They say its more of a service for their foreign customers. I can't image most countries were you can buy and apple product don't have something similar in nature to a quarter. Or you could just get a large flat head screwdriver...
(I say apple products because the only devices I've ever seen that use this are apple laptops. They used them for the battery latch up until the time they stopped letting users swap out batteries)
