this is what shall be done today, a big thing..dunno lol, contains some kind of mutant potato, located at the X18 Labs

first of, cut out a block

after some miling we got this :)

because it wouldn't work with the pipe i milled a circular hole in the back housing

uh well,, i think everyone of you uses tape to mask of acrylic... i used glue and paper because i ran out of tape (almost ;) ) (glued it on the protective film ;))

fibreglass work was needed..

yeah this is when i ran out of hardener :( those white areas are not soaked fibreglass.. i hope i can continue tomorrow

ya... lol ... the video is actually a teaser for the movie ill gonna make when im off to the german casemodding masters (did it also with the old case last year) the guys on a forum really liked the movie so i decided to make a teaser for the one this year(cuz the old case has birthday today lol)and yeah the guy.. hes a friend of mine also modder.. and his birthday is at 20th and i started building this case on the 20th so^^

yeah i make my on circuits and etch em. with a laser printer and a iron

after ironing the printed circuit on the pcb i need to remove the paper

afet 15 minutes i recognized that the pcbs where still the same, so i took my um.. dryer which makes air pretty D*#n hot :O s the fluid has a higher temp and its moved so it etches WAY faster

i must say.. this method PWNS!!!!!1111oneoneone the pcb was done after 7 minutes

and always think of THIS COULD BE YOUR SKIN! so wear ALWAYS GLOVES! its.. acidly
