Ok, He looks so suprised now, we got to do something about that.

First meausure it with a piece of paper.

With some cardboard and foil I made a sturdy layer.

Then with some sort of Bondo making an eyebrow.

And at last again with the foil.

( next the teeth! )

got one question are you sure that's the best why to make it look silver but it does look god but rough around the edge's
