I actually just go to the stream's control panel (that's why it's private... like six people use it) and set the songs I want to listen to. Otherwise it's random and it does have a lot of stuff (50k+ songs), but it also has a lot of stuff I've no interest in.

If anything, I'm just getting used to it for when I'm not near a computer with my library on it.
