sigh.... the ram cooler didnt fit because of the heatsink and the mb power cable so more moddinbg for that soonish but it currently ocupies 2 of my 5.25 bays... lol

Mate been there done that. When I ordered my mobo for LEXA they said they sent my order and then 2 months later said they were out of stock and wouldn't refund my money without paying a re-stocking fee on an order they never sent. Out of the $450AUD (including postage) that my order cost I only got about $250 back.
