Because people used it in the past as yet another way to write custom titles like "under your bed" and such instead of actually saying where they were from. I like the idea of seeing where everybody is from.

I'm from Kansas. Is there anyway you can put my state flag or is that too much?
The Netherlands here.
Thanks
The states
got it, you are all sportin' your home colors!
Hey, I could have an English or American flag and still be sporting my home colors!
Or French ... Costa Rican ... Chilean ... Cuban ... Icelandic .... Czech Republic ... Dutch .... Cambodian .... Cocos Islands ... Dominican Republic ... The Faroes ... French Southern and Antarctic Lands ... Gaudeloup .... Laos ... Liberia .. Mayotte ... Martinique .... Dutch Antilles ... North Korea .... New Zealand ... Norway .... Panama ... Puerto Rico ... Samoa ... Slovenia ... Slovakia ... Serbia .. Thailand
Red white and blue seems quite popular. Only Americans use Navy Blue not Royal so you couldn't use theirs, strictly speaking, and be sporting your home colours. And an English flag only has red and white on it. So not that one either. But the Union Jack you'd be OK.
haha
Crazy
Good old USA for me.
thnx
Let me test, dont usually notice about the thing
Edit: :( I'm "The Man Without a Country" in TBCS
