Sweet HDD coolers, never seen any quite like taht before.

What are those supposed to be? I would love to goto Home Depot and get some of that. Would help a lot in one of my projects. + rep for the idea. :)

and it would be cool if you would vote for me @ the bittech motm <3

so i started to design a box for the hdds

which will be fully vibration isolatet

but i still hadnt a clue where to actually put thesem so i designed a new floor which holds the hdds and goes under the actual case

ill have to add some windows to the front

cutting the aluminium is going to be "fun"

there are the hdds

i think ill add a cold cathode (blue) should create a neat lighting

ill try to build all this in the next two weeks

Nice idea for the base, you inspired DF's Vento with your mobo cover, and it looks as if hes inspired you a little bit with the base design ;) Looks really cool, its gonna come out great.

so i decided to at least start to draw the stuff i need to cut out on the aluminium panel

gladly today my painting stuff arived (which makes me look pretty fat :/ )

so what i got: a painters suite, a new pair of protection glasses, some workers gloves, a set of one way medical gloves and a wickedly cool looking respirator mask :D
