USS EURISKO - Intrepid Mark II Class

Hahaha, are you betazoid perhaps?

No dont think so, the mod may only participate in 1 cm compo and there is also probably a startdate restriction like there was with this one.

I am planning on upgarding the phaser bank leds to full leds strips with a red laser at the end simulating the charge and dis-charge of the phasers. take a look at my earlier video to get a better idea. But the red lasers I have got are not so visible as the green one and I am a bit reluctant to get higher wattage one in fear of damaging peoples (and my own) eyes. We will see how that pans out.

i guess i dont get the joke about betazoid?

that sucks you can only compete in one comp... still got to say... its cool that even for a non finished product you got some serious recognition... i mean this thing is awesome...

as for the lasers... you could always use some cheap lasers from a site like dealextreme.com ... cheap chinese lasers ... they sell a bunch of cheap ones... red green you name it

i think the idea you got for them is awesome... hahahahaha if it works you could always get a lazer that actaully sets a match on fire in place of the green one (just for one shot to make a cool video then place your normal green one back in its place) and make an enemy ship (small one) coated in scraped match heads and set it on fire hahahahahahahah ... childish... but humorous none the less

Personally I think you should have no problem competing in a second CM contest once it's finished. You're in official talks with them already right? So make that a condition of their compensation for the grief they're putting you through. That'll work out much cheaper for them than you demanding they still give you the prizes you were told you'd won (which is exactly what I'd be doing right now)

That's what I'd do anyway, just say to them 'I'm happy to waive the prizes I was awarded in exchange for an opportunity to showcase the mod in it's completed form at the next competition. I will have your full support and it will NOT be removed from the contest a second time for ANY reason. Failing this I expect the prizes I have already won to be delivered as promised. Regardless of the decision to revoke my title I and many others feel it was totally unfair and so I feel I at least deserve this much as compensation for the emotional rollercoaster you have started me off on.'

Some crap like that anyway, that'll put em in their place :D

Ok, I`ve got a question for YOU !

Normally the colour of a federation phaser is orange/red. But to recreate that visually a strong laser is needed. Another solution without risking eye damage is a Blue/Violet laser.

exactly my thoughts on the borg cube hahahahaha i mean the lasers that can light a match are fairly cheap on those chinese wholesale sites... so getting one to make a funny video would be AWESOME hahahahh

all you would have to do... is get some flocking glue and sprinkle it on the borg cube like you would flock onto an interior ... they sale the stuff at craft stores everywhere

it took a while but Asphiax and us have come to a result. I must say that I am very happy with the Honorary Second place and I feel everything is restored to waht it was before this mistake happend.
