I will use Laing DDC-3.2 of Laing
But the idea of acrylic top is very good

But some friends said that I will have problem of effect Galvanic corrosion because of the mixed-metal of anodised aluminium and copper

As far as I know that radiator is all copper anyway, the only aluminium piece is the fan mounts. I am looking at it now and all the fins, inlet and outlet bays and cappileries appear to be copper. If the radiator really does have mixed metals in it then I have a bigger problem on my hands :(.

As for the rad grill, it looks amazing my friend. Very nice work.
