Is it unfair? I would certainly think not. I'm not going to give extra "props" to a person who does is strictly in their head (although, I'll be jealous of them. :P). I'll give the extra "props" to the person who uses whatever means necessary to figure out the riddle. Its kind of like a person lifting a very heavy object. Okay, so your insanely strong, which is pretty cool in itself, but I would give my "reputation points" to the person who uses some kind of pulley system to lift the object instead.
^_^
Well by drawing it out I think I know which one it is, but I want to see if anyone can do it in their head too (and also see if I'm right or wrong).
I GOT IT! FOR SURE THIS TIME!
THE GERMAN OWNS THE FISH.
I did it on paper :D. I did the first time too, but I found my mistake. That's a good riddle Zephik, nice find!
Oh, I'm sorry. But "The German" is incorrect. Better luck next time though.
Nah, I'm just foolin' with ya! You got it right!
*confetti, balloons and +reps fall from the ceiling*
Still got these riddles by the way...
What is broken every time it's spoken?
What has a mouth but can't chew?
What can go up and come down without moving?
Hehe, my sister is working on Einstein's Riddle right now. She's stuck though. And I can tell it's getting to her :D:D.
Edit: She couldn't get it.
I have a couple for you.
1) A politician wrote a touching, and very long speech. How did this speech help keep him in office even prior to giving it?
2) Julius and Aromea are found lying dead on the floor without a scratch. There is also a broken bowl lying between them. What was the cause of death?
As for the mouth that cannot chew....I have it in the back of my mind that some natural structure has been coined as a "mouth", like the mouth of the river where it diverges or something like that. Also seems like there is a mouth of a storm or something. Otherwise I'd say I am stumped.
Broken every time it's spoken...took me a while to get it, but.....silence.
what can go up and down without moving? Temperature
jd, you are really good at riddles. Just thought I'd let you know. lol
1. He was in his office when he wrote it and if he left his office before warming the hearts of the lynch mob outside, they were going to kill him, so he was forced to stay in his office and write something that would save his life. ?
2. The shockwave from the bowl as it hit the floor caused an electromagnetic disruption in the part of their brains that tells them to breathe.
I, on the other hand, am not. :)
